1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "Platform" — The wbjee website (https://wbjee.lat) and all services, pages, and content connected to it.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who accesses, browses, or creates an account on this platform.
• "Account" — A personal account registered on the platform through which services are accessed.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional financial benefit or credit granted by wbjee.
• "Betting Balance" — The total of the principal funds deposited in an account plus any bonus balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use wbjee and open an account, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• You are participating on this platform voluntarily and knowingly.
• Participating in online betting and casino games is not legally prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been cancelled or banned from wbjee for any reason.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is explicitly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence, which may result in all accounts being cancelled and balances forfeited. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are required to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately. The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity on the account.

3.3 Updating Information

It is your responsibility to update your account if your personal details change (especially payment information). wbjee is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.4 Closing an Account

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

• If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳12,000 adds the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not the deposited principal). Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may have its own detailed terms, which will be stated on the offer page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• wbjee reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in all benefits being forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

The wbjee platform offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and other gaming options. Each game and betting section has its own applicable rules, which are detailed in the relevant section.

6.2 Fair Play

wbjee is committed to ensuring neutral and fair gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Attempting to win unfairly by exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion or arrangement.
• Any form of manipulation or fraudulent activity.

6.3 Betting Results

If a technical error is found in a game or betting result, wbjee reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the bets. If you have a dispute over a settled result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.

7 VIP Program & Weekly Cashback

wbjee's VIP program has three tiers, earned based on regular play:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

The criteria for advancing to a higher tier depend on individual activity on the platform. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. wbjee reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time and will provide advance notice of such changes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Creating an account with false or misleading information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use it.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting to launder money.
• Attempting to attack or hack the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Collecting or sharing other users' personal information.
• Conducting activities with the deliberate intent to abuse bonuses or promotional offers.
• Spreading defamatory, false, or harmful content about the platform.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
